The Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities’ Division of Mental Health is proud to sponsor these free clinical trainings for the assessment, management, and treatment of suicide.

Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (ASMR) trainings are virtual, instructor-led trainings that meet KRS requirements for suicide assessment, management, and treatment. Please register and share with any and all health and behavioral health agencies and providers! AMSR: Core Competencies for Health and Behavioral Health Professionals Working in Outpatient Settings (ASMR OP 2-26-26) (AMSR OP 5-14-26) is a 6.5-hour training for behavioral health clinicians working in outpatient settings who conduct suicide risk assessments, primarily those with a master’s degree or above.
