It will provide an overview of how to use CISA’s Tabletop Exercise Packages (CTEPs)\, which are a comprehensive set of resources and customizable templates to initiate a tabletop exercise\, lead participants through scenario-specific questions\, and create an after-action report. The session will specifically cover the K-12 Active Threat CTEP and give attendees an opportunity to ask questions about emergency planning exercises. \nEvent Details \n\nWhen: Tuesday\, November 10\, 2026\, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET\nWhere: Microsoft Teams Town Hall (access link to be provided to registrants one day in advance of the event)\nRegistration: Conducting a K-12 Active Threat Tabletop Exercise\n\n\nRegister Here\n\nThe subject matter covered during this event will be particularly relevant to school and district administrators\, school security staff\, emergency management professionals\, and other school-based personnel.
