If you have recently hired a new SRO, we are offering transition assistance for them. This could greatly benefit a new SRO who hasn’t gone through the initial SRO 1 training. Transitioning from the “road” into a “school environment” is a major change. Working with one of KASROs mentors is something you might want to seriously consider. This is a cost free service provided by KCSS.
